Every claim we make is backed by evidence. Instagram posts, documents, T&Cs — all preserved. Follow the trail and decide for yourself.
Follow these posts in order. Each one documents a stage in how Mahindra sold exclusivity, broke the promise, and then used legal fine print to justify it. This is not opinion — this is their own content, their own timeline, their own contradictions.
How Mahindra marketed the BE6 Batman Edition as an exclusive, limited-to-999 vehicle. Their own words. Their own posts.

View on Instagram →Mahindra's T&Cs for the BE6 Batman Edition buyback are written to look like a fair offer. In reality, they are structured to ensure the customer always loses. Here's what they don't want you to notice:
The buyback price factors in depreciation from the moment of delivery — even though the entire reason for the buyback is Mahindra's own broken promise. Owners lose 2.5 to 4 lakhs on a car they were told would hold its value as a collector's edition.
The T&Cs are written entirely in Mahindra's favour. Every clause ensures the company retains maximum flexibility while the owner bears all the financial loss. This is not a fair buyback — it is a liability transfer.
On paper it looks like Mahindra is doing owners a favour. In practice, an owner who bought a "limited forever" car at a premium is now being asked to sell it back at a loss — because Mahindra changed the deal, not the owner.
Keep a car whose exclusivity was destroyed, or accept a buyback that costs you lakhs. Neither option makes the owner whole. The only party that comes out ahead is the one that broke the promise.

Download PDF →The evidence speaks for itself. Mahindra promised exclusivity, broke that promise, then offered a buyback where the customer loses 2.5 to 4 lakhs. Their T&Cs are impractical, one-sided, and designed to make the company look generous while the owner pays the price.
This is not a complaint. This is a documented fact.
